JOB TITLE: Customer Service Engineer (CSE):

 

- 01 in Ho Chi Minh
- 01 in Hanoi
 

Role & Responsibilities:

 

-Carry out work activities including hardware, Software maintenance followed by Fuji Xerox standards.

-Maintain levels of performance consistent with Key Performance Indicators

-Maintain tools, laptop, stockroom, service manuals.

-Establish and maintain high customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Have good understanding of networking technologies.

 

Qualification:

 

-Age          :  22 to 28

-Experience    :  Experience in copier/ printer / printing industry is an advantage

-Knowledge    :  Technical College/University degree of Automation/Mechanism/Electronics

-Language     :   English communication ( equivalent B degree)

-Skill         :  Competent in computer and some common office application software, presentation skill. Independent and team work.

-Others        :  Interested in customer care, aggressive work style, business trip, analytical
