Which product do I have?

What is a driver and what driver do I need?

A printer driver allows computer applications to print without carrying the technical details of each printer model within the application. There are many different drivers available for the operating systems, which are currently being used by Fuji Xerox customers. It is important to determine the correct operating system and version you are using, as there are significant differences between them. This will affect which driver should be installed. Getting support for your machine is easy. Whether you use our Online Support Assistant, log a Support Request online or call our Customer Service Centre you receive fast, comprehensive support. Can I log a support request online?

Logging a Support Request online is easy. Your request will be forwarded to our Customer Service Centre for lodgement. To save time and get access to some great features you can become a registered user. This will allow you to book Support Requests with your saved details, update details or password and view past Support Requests. How do I read my meters?

Can I use third party supplies?

Alternatives to genuine Fuji Xerox Consumables, Parts and Supplies are available to customers in many locations around the world. Customers have the right to purchase and use the Consumables, Parts and Supplies of their choice; however, Fuji Xerox is not responsible for performance problems or product failures found in its printers that are caused by Non-Fuji Xerox Consumables, Parts and Supplies use.

The cost to repair damage or performance problems that directly results from the use of Non-Fuji Xerox Consumables, Parts and Supplies in Fuji Xerox machines is not covered by the Fuji Xerox Warranty, Service Agreement, Parts Warranty, or Consumables Warranty.

Presence of Non-Fuji Xerox Consumables, Parts and Supplies in or in the area of the printer is not proof that damage or performance problems were caused by its use. Proof must be positive identification of the cause of the damage or performance problem and attributed to the use of the Non-Fuji Xerox Consumables, Parts and Supplies.

Use of Non-Fuji Xerox Consumables, Parts and Supplies does not void the Fuji Xerox product warranty or service agreement. However, customers are ultimately responsible for reimbursing Fuji Xerox and its representatives for all costs associated with repairing the damage or performance problem that is determined to be caused by the use of Non-Fuji Xerox Consumables, Parts and Supplies.
