Document Jam in the Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (DADF) . Open the Document Feeder Cover, and then remove the jammed document. Align the paper guides to the correct paper size marks in the bottom of the paper tray.

How To Replace the Drum Cartridge (Imaging Unit, Print Cartridge) . Lift up the colored lever, and slide the Drum Cartridge out until the handle on top of the cartridge can be lifted. CAUTION: When replacing the Drum Cartridge, make sure that the new cartridge is the correct cartridge specified for the machine.

How To Replace the Toner (Dry Ink) Cartridge . Pull the Toner Cartridge out until the handle can be lifted on top of the cartridge. Before removing the cartridge from the bag, vigorously shake the cartridge side to side to loosen the Toner.

Select the [Billing Meter / Print Report] tab on the Touch Screen. The Billing Meter / Print Report screen will be displayed. The total number of prints made on the machine will be displayed in the Current Meter Reading field
